Yellow Curry or "Aromatic Curry" is called "Gaeng Gari" in Thai. It is a rich and creamy curry and is one of the most popular Thai street foods for local Thai people. It's not uncommon to be served with cucumber relish.
Tip: Add a heaped tablespoon of curry powder to your dish and enjoy being taken on a culinary experience of authentic Thai street food!
How to use:
Ideally used with potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, carrot, baby corn, cauliflower or broccoli and firm tofu or textured soy protein. Potato is commonly added and served with steamed rice.
